Welcome to David Difuntorum Photography! You have no idea how geeked I am you're here. Hope you enjoy my shots!

Here's a little bit about me: I fell in love with photography when I was 19 back in California. I served in the Navy as a photographer for five years and boy was THAT a fun gig! I learned how to eat bugs, escape out of an upside-down sinking helicopter and received the most intense photographic technical education in the world.

But eventually all things end so when I got out I started a commercial photographer business in Chicago. Of course.

Now I'm in Philadelphia and life is good because I have a cool wife, a cool little boy, a cool little baby girl and some of the best equipment in the world. My life is like living in the Museum of Awesomeness. The effervescent kind with purple bubbles and sugar levels your mom warned you about.

Look, I think differently. I've tried to be 'normal' (whatever that is) but it's that 'differentness' that directly impacts how I shoot and the joy I take in photographing people. If you want normal, I'm not your guy.

BUT if you want art that inspires you to smile and remember the best day of your life for the rest of your life and if you want a joyful person to shoot your wedding, portrait or event then I might be the person you're looking for.

But if you want an oxygen-thieving Fun-Sponge with crappy gear and lame shots to shoot your thing that's your deal, man.

I just can't shoot stuff normal or by-the-book. I've tried and I'm awful at it. So I've brought the professional commercial work attitude to my art because it looks so awesome. I demand excellence because there's nothing like it.

I've shot weddings and other commercial work for wedding clients, design firms, magazines, ad agencies, the Navy and Air Force in San Diego, Hawaii, Manteca (?), Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas, Cancun, Iceland (yeah, THAT Iceland), Paris, London, Stockholm (no, not THAT Stockholm.. the ones that's in Sweden.), Puerto Rico and a bunch of other places. So, yeah, I'll totally go to your destination.
